  • Chronic Nonmalignant Pain

Conditions that Could Qualify:

Although the following conditions are not written into Florida’s Amendment 2, it indicates that other diagnosable debilitating conditions of like, kind or class may be eligible for a medical marijuana certification card. These include:

  • Depression
  • Dystonia
  • Essential Tremor (kinetic)
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Muscle Spasms
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Radiation Therapy Side Effects
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Seizures
  • Severe Nausea
  • Spasticity
  • Tardive Dyskinesia
  • Tourette's
